Thats how I imagined what a jaffa cake might look like or maybe its a chocolate orange cake of some sort but now I am curious to know what an *english* jaffa cake really looks like

4 hands up in my house for BURGER RINGS!!!
they taste like roast beef monster munch before they improved the flavor and made them yukkie!!(why do they do that??)
fruit and veg is great here, have to keep a close eye on the prices tho!!

I've not eaten an imported prawn since we arrived here. I buy my prawns straight from the skipper who catches them. SIL is a deckie on the same boat so I know I get the freshest prawns available.
When we first arrived & I was having a nice long holiday living at the marina in Tin Can Bay I did a trip or two on local prawn trawlers, not to mention a couple on the crab boats.
Having seen first hand how hard the life is I don't mind paying the extra for fresh local seafood. It's my number one fine food discovery
Number two is Redclaw fresh from the farm up the road from us yum

There are less prawn trawlers on the Brisbane river nowadays.

They're 2 for a $1 up here, the guy just down the road sells organic Kensington Pride for a $1 each though & they are fantastic tasting ones.

Quite impressive how people take time to query whether the fish at Sydney markets are from Sydney waters? or do you ask for a written guarantee receipt with each prawn?
I prefer to sit on the harbour with my jaffa cakes!
