Now they've all backed off, do you get all your money back from the agent? The rental's not that bad, not that I saw much of it but as long as your money is in the bank earning a bit of interest, the right place will come up at the right time.

This rental is FREEZING in the winter. It has NO insulation in the ceiling or walls and it's damp. Apart from that, it's good!

Yes, the agent's offered us a cheque or EFTPOS tomorrow sometime. I'll take the cheque I think... less chance of them forgetting to add the right number of '0's' on the end!
