If these stats are to be believed at all then we could generalise that "African" nations do pretty well in this department and "SE Asian" nations do not so well. - A finding that unsurprisingly matches the popular stereotypes.
Given that supposed 'fact' - it follows that countries of predominantely European stock (i.e. average endowement) might have their overall averages 'improved' or 'reduced' by a large percentage of immigrants.
Its probably fair to say Australia has a higher percentage of SE Asian immigrants than most other 'european-ish' nations, and possibly true that the UK has a higher than average percentage of 'African' immigrants (including West-Indian/Caribbean origins). In which case its completely unsurprising that the UK has - on average - slightly bigger cocks than Australians.
