As I said in my post (which certainly should not have been 'disappeared') there is a tendency to deification of public figures that doesn't do anyone a service. Considering that Mandela himself said he wasn't a saint, and shouldn't be treated as such, it's a bit rich to have posts pointing up this reality removed.
