Nah, I can understand why people think that, but Karl himself says he loves it, so I can't really see how it can be bullying if the "victim" doesn't feel like a victim. If anything I think he plays up to the cameras a lot for comedy's sake. I really don't think he is that simple in real life
Karl is certainly not being taken advantage of here (although I can see how it could look that way).
