I had raisen toast. But I had cake and pizza yesterday. Although trousers which were tight after Xmas are now a bit loser.

I am working on the theory that if you deny yourself, you immediately crave it more than ever, therefore nothing shall be denied! I am going to try moderation & exercise this week as I failed so miserably last week!

You're right about denial. My 7 (nearly 8) year old has boxes of choc from Christmas in the cupboard - all untouched. She isn't bothered because she can have them any time. Whereas, I have had to put them in bags so they can't call to me....

LOL. her birthday is on Monday, but she had her party on Saturday. So it is a whole weekend of celebrating.

A big excuse for over indulgence....maybe...

That's what I thought.

I will defo have a drink on my bday - haven't had any alc for a couple of weeks. (I don't think I could ever be an alcoholic as I give it up so easily.) The worst thing is, I forget what a light weight I am and get drunk on 2 glasses of wine and embarrass myself.
