OK so if we go by the comments of folk on here that it's just a money grabbing exercise and not a safety measure why play into their hands and hand over your money. Why not just slow down so they can't zap you, it's not rocket science. Sometimes if signs are not obvious and you're on roads you don't know there may be a vague reason for moaning about it but most appear to be on roads you use regularly and so know it happens. I honestly don't get it. Just because you don't agree with the law doesn't change anything

gawd - how ridic! no matter where in the world, petty policing of this kind fosters extremely bad sentiment in the community towards the police by making law abiding citizens feel like criminals - not a wise thing to do me thinks.

I'm sorry I am all for speeding tickets and cameras, if you are speeding tough. If I get a ticket for speeding tough I will deserve it. Most speed reductions have a warning sign before you get to the drop so slow down.

I take great pleasure in slowing down when someone sits on my arse . I am one of those lovely annoying law abiding citizens.
