Third one I was framed:curse: Written up for failing to stop despite being stationary for about 6 frames of a servo security camera! I wrote a letter explaining the situation including photos and witness statements only for them to up the fine and impose 3 points. At that time I realised that if you can be still found guilty despite IMO conclusive proof of being stationary at the time of the ALLEGED offense then there really is no justice here in QLD the whole system is corrupt so the only answer is not to try and fight it but to sail under the radar and not attract attention to yourself by breaking the law.
to date it's working, no points for nearly three yrs:thumbsup:

I think after a few tickets most people become accustomed to QLD police zero tolerance on speeding. You can't fight it you just have to go with the flow, chill a bit slow down and don't let the bastards grind you down.
