Well another good day in the life of Flynn. He has managed really well off his CPAP with only a couple of bradys. He is still tolerating his food. It was bath and weigh day today and unfortunately he had lost 50gms. But he has still got the Leons (Trotsky) in quite a bad way. Thankfully the stool samples came back negative for infection. We still had to change several crappy nappies mind.
His temperature was a bit on the low side so he only had a quick bath. He's still not sure about baths yet.
****STOP PRESS****
Hev rang the hospital this evening to check on Flynn. He's not there!! He's been moved to bay 4 which means he's out of intensive care and now in intermediate care.
Hevs isn't on tonight as she is doing what she's told (for once) and getting some rest. She's expressing every 4 hours to keep up with the little guys appetite.
I'm driving her slightly mad by making her drink water all the time (She was told to up her intake to help with milk production)

Glad to hear she's getting rest, Matt... you all need it, but she does especially. Good on you for nagging her on the water intake. Make her eat well too, ok?

Agreed - lots of water and a good diet - lots of pasta, a good hunk of farmhouse bread with each meal, veggies, protein - no time to be dieting! All makes a good supply of milk.
