If milk supply gets low, she should drink one nice brown beer every night, like a good Belgian abbey beer. That's what the doctors in Belgium advice breastfeeding mums and I tested it, it works, boosts your milk supply in no time!

Isn't Guinness recommended too to help boost milk supply
