Feeling crap
Stopped smoking for over a 10 days now...and feel absolutely crap..tearful, sore throat, tired.

Just kidding half her team were heavy smokers - talk about taking your job home
10 days good on ya - a friend recently gave up and suffered the headaches from hell - but rest assured they do pass as the toxins leave your body.
Replace them with Alcohol I say. PM us with your preferences otherwise its Vodka, Gin and Rum (Dark)

Odd thing is that for the first few days, I felt fine- it is now that I'm having cravings and crap feelings
Hope I don't have to wait a year to feel better !!
And kiwi....anything but Gin thanks

You must have been a long-term heavy smoker. It's the crap leaving your body and your metabolism trying to adjust. When I quit I seem to recall coughing up the rankest substances In a week or two your taste buds will start recovering and you're in for a treat, and possibly a weight gain then!

Can't afford to lose weight !!!!
Can understand the sore throat/cough.......but where the hell is the tearfulness coming from?
