I think your second sentence sums you up perfectly.

You work in mining and regularly assert that Australia is great which for you it probably is. Well it's less great if you don't work in the resources sector. Poor salaries and terms and conditions are rife which when combined with cost of living could make people a little bitter. Your recent childish characterization of people as Haters and being bitter seems not to take into account that other people have different experiences and want to relate them which appears to irritate you.

You can always tell the BE users who are out enjoying their lives in their new country.

They're the ones who haven't made 13,600 odd posts in the last 8 and a bit years, an average of around 135 a month.

Really, have you nothing better to do than try and bait people who are unhappy with their lot in life at the moment? This thread is a troll, poorly disguised by presentation as a question.

Your post could be about people in the UK who are not lucky enough to work where you do. Same thing.

I'm not irritated, but my post seems to have irritated you.

I'm enjoying my life very much and I've made waaaay over 13,600 posts.

I would ask why you need to read a thread which is obviously a joke and take it seriously and get irritated enough by it to get snotty.

And 104 posts in 9 years means -

1) You are so happy that posting something, anything, would just bring you down

2) You are so happy you don't like helping people who are going through the emigration process or staying in touch with people that have helped you

3) You just don't have anything worthwhile to add

Or a combination thereof?

(edit) 135 a month, around 4 posts a day? Christ on a bike I have that many deleted ...

Too late he's gone again, I think CrunchieFrog must've just dropped in mid-sausage sizzle . . .

She doesn't need to go to the pub - the rellies have been storing up a neat little 'bar' at home.
