Saw Danny Bhoy (Scottish comedian) at Brisbane comedy festival a few weeks ago. Very funny and not unlike in style to Billy C.

I think Graeme Norton is one of the most irritating people on televison. Just slightly beats Julian Clary. I hate "comedians" who think it's funny to talk about being rogerred etc. With all the "ooh, agh, missus" type of ending.

Phoenix Nights, and Max and Paddy to a lesser degree, was one of the funniest shows ever. Peter Kays standup was also pretty funny, but I get the feeling he was just a one trick pony - doesn't seem to have a lot more material. His book was just rehashed jokes too.

I now wonder how much influence Dave Spikey had on Phoenix Nights, suspect it was a lot.
