Always intrigued me (I'm exaggerating slightly) as to why the world and his wife hated Linda for decades for breathing oxygen but as soon as she died she became some sort of demi god and was idolised for her crap processed food. People are strange.

A. They both lived with their mother until they were 33 and neither had a job.

Simply put, as a team they produced the finest body of work ever seen.
Solo they produced great work but it could never reach the heights they achieved together
