I don't believe in conspiracy theories generally, I think they are thought up by people who don't have jobs and have nothing better to do than sit around all day theorising over how "the system" is screwing them over.
But...
Larry Silverstein was on the news shortly after the towers came down, saying that a decision was made to "pull it" (construction speak for a controlled demolition).

I don't believe in conspiracy theories generally, I think they are thought up by people who don't have jobs and have nothing better to do than sit around all day theorising over how "the system" is screwing them over.

If they had it wired for demolition, why bother flying a couple of planes into it? Why not just blow it up and claim that terrorists were responsible?
