Are you / Do you feel healthier in Australia?
#93
Bit confused here. The initial question was Are you or do you feel healthier in Australia? I read it that the OP was asking for individuals to reply with their point of view. Suddenly people are whittering about the country being full of lardarses. Had the question been 'Is the country full of fat people or not' I could understand the replies, however it wasn't. If you don't know if you're healthier then you ignore the question. If you know you're healthier or you know you're less healthy then answer the question. It's really not complicated.

Infact I am older so I should expect some sort of slow down - but I suppose that's peformance and not health...

I feel healthier mainly because you get more wear out of shorts and t-shirts and I realised that I had put on a bit of weight
so I had to do something about it!
I am so pleased I have a pool(had to settle on less bedrooms)as with this heat it is the only exercise I feel like doing at the moment.
Having dogs now also keeps me fit.As does cooking more from scratch as I find less ready made veggie meals around which is not a bad thing.Sue.

Right. Just got back from playing squash with my son (17yrs). The score was 4 games to love. Guess who won.
My son.

My son.
