Some lovely pool pics here..but I am surprised none seem to have pool screen enclosures to prevent insects and general flotsam going into the pool
and area .. Is it just not the thing there ...

We haven't and are glad about it. They take up an awful lot of space in the garden, and so far we haven't noticed that Aussie gardens are big enough to make that sacrifice. Plus we don't want the upkeep - they need regular cleaning and filtering and we're too bloody lazy!! Don't like the chlorine in them either.
If we win the lottery and can get a big garden with an ozone-controlled pool (if they make them), then I'll be glad to have one. Otherwise, I'll stick to the Indian Ocean.
