Because as a general rule women's legs are thinner than men's and our thighs don't rub together. Saying that, I have very sensitive skin and unfortunate fat thighs so do suffer from it. I use baby powder and make sure to only wear natural fibres on my legs especially.

Well my wife thought for the last 2 years it was like man flu, and didn't really exist and that I made it all up to get out of going outside. then a couple of weeks ago she got it very bad and was walking like a pissed hob goblin. Poetic justice. It was hard being sympathetic I can tell you.
