Just got a $200 fine and 3 points for doing 114 kph on the Gateway motorway.
I don't mind the fine or the points 'cos it was a fair cop.
What I do mind is that the camera was in a vehicle which looked like a workman's ute, complete with yellow light on top.
It was not the usual speed camera van or even one of the Nissan Patrols that they sometimes use.
Be warned......

How the hell did you manage to get up to 114 on the Gateway?????
The few times I've had to use it, I've been lucky to get over 80

The state government is nearly bankrupt and needs the revenue. Consider it as doing your bit for society.

My excuse is the gearbox was ****ed on the car and I couldn't drive any slower than 40 stopping at lights was also a bit of an issue!

The last one that got me was a mini van/ people carrier thing in Rockhampton.

Agreed. I see Commodore Wagons set up with cameras regularly. The giveaway is that they have one of those spinning vents on the roof, must be to keep the equipment cool.

Whilst all the time they allow driving too close, sitting in the middle and outside lanes and all the other stupid much more dangerous driving to continue because there is no revenue in it.
