Next Clothes

I still have clothes I brought with me 3.5 years ago from the UK (and some of them weren't new either!) and they're in better nick than clothes bought in Australia. Funnily enough the sun doesn't seem to have affected them...
Whereas my leather boots from Target - heel snapped off; numerous white t-shirts - rapidly turned a scrappy grey colour; Dotti jumper - bobbled after a couple of washes; ballet pumps from Target - inside started to peel away after a few weeks; lounge pants from Sussan - stitching came loose and elastic in waistband bunched up. And that's what I've been able to come up with after working a 12 hour day and having had a few vodkas... under normal circumstances I could probably write a book on the subject

I still have clothes that i bought in aus in 2002 that are in perfect condition (even after lots of washing) and are in my big draw ready to take back with me next year... and when i bought them they were bargains!

I do miss Next kids clothes and agree with the poster who says they like their children to look nice. But I do buy Target etc because that's the only choice.
A lot of parents over here do not seem to care what their kids look like, or themselves for that matter, I don't mean in Next or Pumpkin Patch, I mean clean and decent!
