that'd be f*cing right. The only yakka I've done this last hour is verbal.

I'm off to
a) call the ATO - (hard yakka, eh)

The seriousness of decaying infrastruture is lost on most, so thanks for the links. How do you think Australia can fund the required work?

The choices are taxes, bonds or private funding. Politicians would rather procrastinate than do 1, 2 is an option and 3 would require privatisation and more procrastination.
