Really? What has she actually done? She's had a good go at the MH17 stuff, but ultimately got nowhere. She's meekly followed the US on her stance to Israel/Gaza (although that's par for the course for any Aus Foreign Minister to be fair).

I fail to see what she's actually achieved. Maybe you just like her shoes?

What did Bob Carr fail to do? What did Kevin Rudd before him fail to do? How has Julie Bishop done a better job than either of those? It looks to me that you don't know what she's achieved other than say she wants a full investigation into the MH17 disaster. If she deserves a medal, my hope is it's a bottle cap with a safety pin.

But she hasn't. She's talked a reasonable game but achieved literally nothing. Its been weeks and investigators still cant fully get on the site. Russia are still completely taking the piss and she mumbles something about them 'undermining the process'

That's right. Russia take the piss, and Julie Bishop managed to table a resolution demanding Russian backed rebels surrender control of the crash site, and at the same time had Russia agree and vote for it. Not a bad effort hey.

What?? You're delusional. All governments were calling for access to the site. Russia had no control over it as they weren't involved. Russian backed rebels are not Russians. It's easy to speak into a microphone and state the obvious. Are you suggesting that Bob Carr or Kevin Rudd would have said 'I'm sure we'll get access eventually'?
