Anyone shipped a case of Marmite before?

proper Marmite is readily available in supermarkets. The only difference is it's called "Our Mate" it's not expensive either.

Possession of Marmite is perfectly legal - make sure the jars are sealed, make sure you declare it.
The only problem I could forsee would be them asking if it was for "personal use" or for resale - if you imported a large amount they might feel it was a profit making exercise, but if its obviously part of a consignment of household stuff I can't really see a problem with just a couple of cases
For a definitive answer, email AQIS, but I think you'd be fine
(personally I prefer Vegemite, but i can see exactly why you you are asking, there are things I feel like this about!)

If you wanted to compare at todays exchange rate your jar of Aussie marmite would cost you £0.98 or half the price of your Tesco one. It's on just about every supermarket chain's shelves. I can't understand why you would ship over something you can already buy cheaper here. It's the genuine stuff too not the Aussie equivalent.

Take my word for it, your wasting your time trying to ship a case of something that you can easily get here. As they say "same shit different bucket"
Can I get someone to back me up please!!!
"...There is also an imported version called "Our Mate" which is produced by Unilever in the UK. These are also sold in the 125g size, and look identical to UK Marmite except for the name. The taste is also identical to UK Marmite. The label states "Made in the UK by Unilever Bestfoods"."

AND
"Marmite as we know and love it is made at Burton on Trent, the exact same product can be found in Australia and NZ under the name of Our Mate! Made in Burton we just can't use the Marmite name, someone else owns it!! "
