What risk??? You have to declare all food items as I understand, but it is a Yeast Product, not on any of the restricted foods, and ALL the pots will be sealed?? So what is the RISK???
And YES it is worth it!!!

Possession of Marmite is perfectly legal - make sure the jars are sealed, make sure you declare it.
The only problem I could forsee would be them asking if it was for "personal use" or for resale - if you imported a large amount they might feel it was a profit making exercise, but if its obviously part of a consignment of household stuff I can't really see a problem with just a couple of cases
For a definitive answer, email AQIS, but I think you'd be fine
(personally I prefer Vegemite, but i can see exactly why you you are asking, there are things I feel like this about!)
