Thanks for the info Janet, wondered how you were getting on? We told Sharon's cousin(who is on the Subs at Plymouth) that we are emigrating & he said they were looked into it also! He knew of the base in Perth & was looking to tranfer in 4 years time if they decided to go for it. I mentioned you guys to him & also remember reading on here about another Submariner, will have to search & send him the info.

All the best,

Chris & Sharon

Hi Chris,

I just got this off the Nationwide website :

"As long as you have enough in your account you can withdraw up to £300 in any one day from over 1 million cash machines in the UK and around the world displaying the VISA/Cirrus symbol. Nationwide will not charge you either at home or abroad."

Hope this helps.

Sarah

Hi Chris,

We opened our account online and it was really easy and quick. they just sent us the paperwork. we signed it and sent it back. Done!

We are chasing westpac at the mo, they are taking their time. We want to get it sorted especially as the rate of exchange is going up.

Sarah.
