I think i know what you mean, but again, it is a generalisation of some sort. But for me i do believe a child will settle better in OZ/NZ or wherever under the age of 10. They grow and learn to adapt...

I used to go drinking in pubs when i was 15..i looked older so i got in the pubs no problems. We tend to forget that we did what the young uns are doing now..:)
