A predictable response from someone of your ilk. The regulations are there to protect the health and lives of miners, many more of whom either were seriously injured or died prior to their existence....

About a year different currently. They use whatever the current law says your full retirement age will be, which is slowly increasing from 65 to 67. I do agree that is is likely to increase more over...

I don't think so. They do project that you will continue to earn at your current level until your full retirement age.

That surprises me because I'm not that far off a 35 year record and my projection is quite a bit over that amount. Maybe I have a more complete record from earlier years than I thought.

Ditto. My "guesstimate" is that with 35 years of employment at or above the limit for SS being deducted, you'll currently end up with around $3500 a month.

Pretty much. But when I drive down the Central Valley and see signs saying "Is growing food wasting water" I can only answer that it is if you continue to grow monsoon crops and water intensive trees...
