We had something similar - went to decision made, but no email or letter. We emailed them just asking if a letter had been sent and we'd not got it. Never got a reply to the email, but got the PPR...

We did something similar to J2J. Ours eventually showed up on ECAS as decision made, yet no email or letter had come through (and others seemed to get the email and then maybe eventually...

Hopefully its just a screw up and they have them as the system said. At least it gives you an excuse to email someone back directly and ask them whats happening.

Ours was in process on 22 Nov, so hopefully you wont be too far behind. Our status showed 'decision made' about 9 days ago, with the actual email coming through a week ago. :fingerscrossed:
