Re: AOR from London June/July 2010 - Progress updates
Hi
Can I confirm status updates.
My first page on ECAS says 'In Process'
The second page says
We received your application for permanent residence on November 26, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 29, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on February 4, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
Is that the same as others???
Can I confirm status updates.

Anyone any updates?
We sent a case specific e-mail a few days ago as 8 months had elapsed since the date on our AOR. No reply as yet.
Some of the latest posts on the Aug/Sep thread are very depressing

I applied for PR (FSW Cat1) in Nov. 2009, 17 months ago! My current TWP is valid until August 2012. At what stage would it be sensible to ask my employer about applying for PNP if there still hasn't been an outcome with the current application?

AOR dated 16Jul2010 for FSW3 application. Still not listed on ECAS. Im 3 weeks over the 8 month mark. Do you reckon I should chase up with them or hold out a few more weeks?
Thanks.

Sometimes people are listed under United Kingdom, but other times by individual UK country.

Re: AOR from London June/July 2010 - Progress updates
i'm frustrated!
Looking back at previous posts it seems most people who received their aor in june/july 2010 are at least 'in process' now. I received mine 19th july and still 'rbvo' status. I'm here in Canada on a visitors visa and have been for the last 15months (my partner is Canadian). Wish I'd of had the sense to apply for the spouse visa instead and seriously considering just doing that now but I think, surely it's close now?
My 8 month email went unanswered and I just feel low right now. Going home in a few weeks and stressing about getting back in even though I have a visitors ext until feb 2012. I'm sure it'll be fine but i'm still stressed about it!
Sorry, I need a whinged, having a bad day and my OH is probably sick of listening to me!
