Also tired but feeling very proud of myself. After months of dithering around I FINALLY managed to stick to my Weight Watchers plan for a whole day. Doesn't sound like much but I lost 40kg last year and while I haven't put it back on I also haven't lost anything since about last October!!! SO I have given myself 19 weeks to lose another 20kg before we fly back to the UK for a visit. I REALLY want to a) shock those people who haven't seen me in 4 years and b) buckle into a plane seat without an extension belt!

I've put on 10kg since my injury.... Adding insult to it....

Crap day yesterday. Knee partially dislocated AGAIN. Much pain. Seriously fed up with it. Will have about a 3 month wait to see someone privately.........ho hum. Attractive brace wearing day today for me........

Had a quiet day today, we went to a local Garden Centre. It was bloody huge and sold literally everything. Quite an eye opener.

So the last few days have still be shitty and I am surviving on Masterchef and White Shiraz 24/7. However, a glimmer of good news came yesterday in that my youngest starts next term at the same school as her sister. This is a massive weight off my mind as I was concerned that if my eldest dropped out I wouldn't have the place for the youngest. One day at a time at the moment.
Hope everyone else on the thread is OK, the knee injury sounds particularly nasty.
