$100,000 should be fine - the price of a crappy house in nashville

I know many southern belles who are up for a bit of english sausage

You mean to say they will actually make love to you as part of the green card deal?

It just gets better.

What if I don't like Country and Western? Should I just stay quiet about that?

EA have issues right now. Last year they paid out $20M in settlements. These settlements were basically to settle cases regarding bad work ethics (demanding hours beyond the law, no actual pay fror those hours).

big company, nice benefits, bad ethics, none standard.

I know, not the best of reps in the business...but it's hard to escape their reach when there taking over so many developers, might not be working for them directly, but they do have sticky fingers....

Excellent, cheers for the replies

Noticed the thread took an odd turn for a while though, didn't know "american tarts" could provoke such a timely discussion

EA would be an interesting prospect, I'll look into it.

if you'd like to try Activision too.. you could get on with them as an intern in the UK and transfer out. Better working ethos and they won't screw you over.... oh.. and I work for them, well for Neversoft (owned by them) anyways.
