Cheesecake factory has the best burgers and only about $8 you do have to wait for table! (did like red robin but finding burgers gone downhill)
Cracker barrel for 'good' US southern style cooking and cheap too (killing me we don't have one near here )
You can have our Cracker Barrel if you want, I can't stand the place. We went there for breakfast on Mother's Day, there was not one healthy thing on the menu, so I ended up eating toast! Everyone else's plate was swimming in grease, yuck!

I've never seen a Cracker Barrel in the city, just one in Kingman, AZ next to all the truck stops. I just asumed it was trucker junk.

There's one right off the 101 & Bell Road on the west side, next to all the car dealerships.

I am from Canada, every time we go to the US for holiday we always stop at the following:

Cracker Barrel....so far it was good.
Chilli's

Last Aug we went to Surfside Beach near Myrtle Beach in South Carolina, there was a restaurant the "Riverside Cafe" we had the best burgers ever.

Quizno's subs - the veggie one is delish!
Do you have Subways near you? Their veggie sub is pretty good.

Don't know if Jason's Deli has been discussed- it's a chain deli with great sandwiches, baked potatoes, mufaletas, soup and salad bar. A typical sandwich (ie rueben usually has about 2" deep meet.

The one they opened up here 8 months ago is still always packed to the gills.

Oh, I love Panera. Was ecstatic when they opened they opened up here, which was only three or so years ago...

Have never had complaints from Jason's Deli either. Didn't realize they were a chain, thought they were local!

Being busy in the first year is a promising sign. Keeping business buoyant after 2 years is a good sign that things are going well, particularly for restaurants.

Q: Where will you find lots of tatoos and no teeth?

A: Just look at the Waitresses down at your local "Waffle House"

Where else can you get greasy food cooked and served up by dubious-looking individuals?

Jim.
