3250 sq ft single family home, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and postage stamp sized front and back gardens. Just a few feet between neighbouring houses on the left and right, and we are overlooked by 3 rear neighboors.
We are not overlooked by any neighbours at the front - just a bare patch of land. We bought the house brand new 5.5 years ago. This summer they are finally going to start the process to turn that bare patch of land into a school (which we knew was planned when we bought the house). Unfortunately the school district has decided in its infinite wisdom it will force all school traffic for drop-offs and pick-ups on our street. And they made this decision (and the design/layout of the school) without consulting any of the homeowners that will be affected. The cross street, which also borders the future school, has no homes on it at all. Unbelievable.

2750 sqft, 4 beds, 2½ baths, double garage, amid 2.75 acres, 2/3rds wooded.

1400 sq ft 3BR 1.5BA and carport, on I guess about 1/4 acre. It's in a nice square neighborhood (i.e., 4 streets in a square, no through road), so nice and quiet. Backed on by woodland owned by the university so I can let the dog off leash (not much back there, but it's something!).

The house we actually live in is 2800sq foot but being typical FLA style its on one level (A bungalow as we lilke to tell our bemused friends), plus a 600sq ft triple garage. The garden is just over half an acre which is a nice size. The house we are building is 3000sq ft single story plus triple garage on 1 acre. And I got about 3 acres of woods nearby that I want to turn into a shooting range.

The weeds out front and the explorer in the drive, are property of the old occupent. 1720 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath and a 2 car garage.
