I buggered if I'm putting pics of my place up, it's a shambles. A big house bought cheap as a fixer upper but after this long I want to pulla downer and starter againer.

Have 4 upstairs bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a downstairs "Granny apartment".

All in various need of renovation.

The cellar was done first, had a dirt floor now has a 8 inch thick concrete floor and is the workshop for the various projects about the house.

This year, new insulation and siding, a wood stove in the cellar and a new garage and driveway. Outside stuff is best done in the summer up here.

Things should be clearer now we have a sale agreed on our UK house.

We feed our squirrels. We treat them right and they give us no problem.

Some may wish but no all animals except cats and hawks are welcome in our yard.
Our house is aound 1150 sq ft, brick built and equivalent to a 2 bed bungalow back home. It sits on a piece of land approx 35yds x75 (23600sqft). No photo available at the moment.
