I wouldn't miss free refills on sodas as they are sugar -- no, high-fructose corn syrup filled junk -- but iced tea.... I'd be brewing my own! including hibiscus and other herbal iced teas.
Dill pickles are good with some sandwiches.
I still can't get over pimiento cheese though.
I associate that with my childhood.

Anyway, yes, it's disgusting when pickle juice soaks a sandwich, especially with thin spongey American white bread. OTOH, some people LOVE pickle juice -- there are pickle juice snowcones!
I like dill slices that aren't still swimming in juice, with barbecue and hamburgers and the like, and minced into things like tuna salad or chicken salad.

I must admit I'd forgotten the California Pizza Kitchen, which is pretty much the best pizza we've had since we've been here... but still not up to scratch if you ask me.
