Laugh? I nearly bought my own beer.

Know a local realtor who has made a fortune on a nice plot of barren desert that's just a touch too far out. He bought it for idiots to invest in. He always sells it with seller financing, and the hopefuls drop out with nothing in a year or so when they realize it ain't gonna make them rich. Think he's owned it for half a dozen years and sold it the same number of times. Probably paid next to nothing for it. Clever bugger!

As much as some would think that slightly immoral....good luck to him. "A fool and his money are easily parted" as my Grandfather used to say......as he walked home , dejected from William Hill's.
