TJ's definitely has Weetabix although I think it's from Canada. Should be the same though.

For the Houston peeps.

Phoenecia has Blood Sausage (Argentinian Style) prepacked, 4 sausages to a pack beside the prepacked deli meat. It's an awful lot like black pudding, if anything a little milder than what we are used to. I sliced it and fried it, very yummy, will buy again.

A colleague told me that part of her local Bed Bath and Beyond store had been turned into a 'World Foods Market' with British foods for sale. Anyone know if this is going to happen to all stores? Some stores on the BBB store locator are marked as 'Specialty Foods'; going to check out my nearest one and see if this means international foods.

I asked today at my local (California) BBB and they told me some stores will have them - they told me to try Cost Plus since they bought them over last year.

Also, saw some British Goods at Home Goods AND TJ Max (which I believe are owned by the same company). Cake mixes and biccies.

After visiting Ithaca last week, smashing place, I wish we had Wegman's on the West Coast.

Still Bristol Farms is pretty good.

Just stocked up on bacon and bangers using the code from this email I received today:

We at Balsons Butchers hope the summer is treating you well! Amid all the excitement of the World Cup, a friendly reminder that July 4th is right around the corner! We want to help you start your 4th off properly by providing you with bacon and bangers for your breakfast. So for a limited time, with any order (6 lb minimum), we will add 1 pack of our Breakfast Bangers and 1 pack of our Back Bacon to your order (a $15.90 retail value), at no charge -- on us!

When checking out, type in "JULY4" in the discount line and then click "Apply" -- this will deduct $.01 from your total, more importantly it will flag us to add the items to your order -- Now is the time to stock up for the rest of the World Cup and Celebrate July 4th with a BANG! Feel free to share the code with friends and family!

Our warehouse is closed next week for maintenance, so our next ship out date is June 30th. All orders received now through June 30th will deliver before Friday, July 4th, just in time for the holidays and World Cup Quarterfinals.

You can visit our 'Store' link through our home page, Welcome -- Buy Quality British Bangers & Bacon from RJ Balson & Son, England's Oldest Family Butchers Note: Due to the temporary nature of the offer, your automated email receipt will not reflect the two additional lbs of goodies -- these will be added as we pack the cooler...

We look forward to helping you best enjoy the summer, World Cup, and July 4th with Balson's bacon and bangers! Get your order in at Welcome -- Buy Quality British Bangers & Bacon from RJ Balson & Son, England's Oldest Family Butchers!

All the Best,
Oliver Balson

No Wegmans anywhere near my part of New England either. At least I do get the chance to stop in at one on the way to the relatives' house though....

The Lays Bacon Mac & Cheese is just like Walkers Smokey Bacon....and $2.50 a massive bag at Wegmans, it's a bargain. Doesn't taste of cheese.

As Choops said, F&E in 4S Ranch has back bacon, and a solid british section. You can also find a bunch of other sweets, chocolate and more at the
Cost Plus world market across the street near the Ralphs I think.

Also don't forget Shakespeare's on India Street in San Diego, tons of stuff there and they have a bar and restaurant too.

PM me if you need more info but you should be able to google all of this by name.
