I feel for y'all.... I work doing customer support and believe me it is NOT easy, but I always try my best. Therefore whenever I get a particularly obstreperous customer support person on the phone when I'm doing my business, I have no problems in calling them on their attitude and unhelpfulness. I hold up the phone so they can hear the obvious clamour of my colleagues and I hard at work, and I say -- I do your job, there's no excuse for your behaviour!
