Just messin', but you get pretty used to that working for them too! Luckily I never got hit or spat on, but I know it happens. You'd be surprised at just how far people will go when it comes to their health. I always used to say, never come between a person & their health or money. The blatant lies I would hear from patients were just unbelievable!

I was in the UK. Not here....I still get insulted and spat at and threatened in my job now though...and thats as an EMT. Good eh? Nothing like having someone threaten to kill you because you are treating one accident victim instead of their relative/friend.
