Potential Move
Hi,
I'm looking to move to the US from the UK and could do with some advice on my situation/prospects.
I work in online marketing for one of the UK's top agencies, have a degree in Consumer Marketing and 3 years experience in my field with increased levels of seniority, I expect to look for a similar job in the US.
Would all of this look favourably for me or is there something I'm missing/could do to improve my circumstances?
Thanks,

Have a read through this link, which outlines all the possible visas to the USA, and see which one you think you're qualified for. If there is one, come on back and we can discuss.

Does the UK company you currently work for have offices in the USA? If you could get a transfer to the USA, that would be your easiest route.

Is there something or someone that is particularly drawing you to the US? Lots of easier countries to get into in the world.

Company transfer or bust.
For a start, dime a dozen and only a few years experience just won't make anyone want to spend several thousand to get you a visa, when someone could start tomorrow without the cost and hassle.
Also, H1B has been filled for the year, so you'd need to find an employer to petition you next April, for a Oct 2013 start at the earliest.
Either that, or you're already a US citizen, or married to one, or born in Ireland.
