Moving to USA, and I am pregnant

Re: Moving to USA, and I am pregnant
In fact I had a massive PPH later that day, necessitating an ambulance to hospital, two lots of surgery, five units of blood, IV antibiotics, a night in hospital, and follow-up antibiotic treatment.
But while lying in hospital I didn't once worry about whether we'd be bankrupt as a result. I just worried about important stuff like whether I'd survive to bring up my two daughters...

But the relevant point is that I chose where and how to give birth without worrying once about how much it would cost.
