Well if you want the best for them, dumping them into the Florida public education system is not what they deserve. .... In fact it isn't what any child deserves!

The problem is not WHERE you live, but HOW you live!

IOW, you'll have the same problems wherever you are!!!

Really? You live in a first world country with all the perks that go along with that...healthcare, freedom of choice, social services, etc. Think about living somewhere like Afganistan or Syria then come back and tell us that life can't be half as bas as it is where you live right now.

What is it you think your boys "deserve"? Children deserve to be fed and housed and educated. Beyond that anything else is a bonus.

I think the way forward for you is to find what, if any, visa your partner can get, and remember that to go on that visa you would HAVE to be married. once you have established that, then start to worry about getting permission, because without the visa there is no point in spending money in getting a court order, but you really do need, once the visa bit is sorted, to have a chat with your ex because there is NO guarantee that a court order will be given, particularly if he is actively involved in the kids lives.

You should be asking the questions regarding work visa of your partner's company.

Since they have offered him a job they should know what visa they intend to apply for for him.

You've been asked repeatedly on this thread which visa the company's lawyers intend to apply for, but you keep refusing to answer the question. I also offered to help advise you on the child law aspect, as I did specialise in this area once upon a time. You've ignored all of the above.

Give a little more info and we can help you.

It's his close friends private business so would his business partner still have to apply too?

Sorting the visa out should be your priority. If your partner cannot obtain a visa...then you will have caused a lot of problems, wasted a lot of time and money trying to sort the issues out with your ex. That advice has been given to you time and time again. I now feel this thread has run its course.

Please come back and let us know how you go on sorting a visa out. Good luck.
