No...it's been relaxed until September 2007. The PP office couldn't cope with processing all the PP's. You now have to produce ID and proof that you've applied for a PP if you are entering the US from Canada or Mexico.

I know, had read today that they were going to amend the law temporarily.

Believe me, it's something I have had to keep reminding my clients when booking their holidays this year!!
