Who said he/she is a USC? He said one of them has lost their GC...so he/she must have had one to start off with and therefore is not a USC.

That's why I said originally, "correct me if I'm wrong" I thought all of his children, since he has an American wife, would be dual nationals......why would they need green cards?

Approximately 60,884,784 but that figure is a few years old and there has been a bigger surge in recent years to get passports, especially now that you can't fly to Mexico or Canada (well fly back to the US) without one. So the answer is I don't have a correct number of "yanks" that have passports.
