I think this thread has once and for all, proved that I have far too much free time on my hands and that my EAD cannot get here quick enough!

With reference to the London Bridge situation. Below is a link to one of the web pages which explains what happened (funny no mention of the Tower Bridge mix-up there).

Also a (small) picture of my local bus from Preston in Lancashire, the appropriately named Preston Bus (Still operating despite Stagecoach appearing in the area).

When I turned 21 I was 'made' to take my PSV license, as part of fixing the buses ment test driving them, here is the type of bus that you learn in, it wasn't no semi-automatic luxury type, oh no this beast was stick shift which ment double de-clutching and NO power steering, after 8 hours a day of learning I was bloody worn out....
I passed the test first time and was offically announced as the youngest ever person to pass the PSV test in the history of Southern National ....
see....I'm not just a pretty face

Sheesh Tony, I thought you might have shown a view like this. After all, this occurs in Edinburgh marginally more often than Halley's Comet shows up...

Slightly changing from the direction which this thread finds itself going...
I have attached a picture of the Bus Station in Preston (my home town) which is the largest in Europe with room for over 120 buses to stop at any time and a four floor, 300 car, car-park on top!!
Can you believe that they are planning on knocking this wonder of 1960's architecture down!?!?!
