Default Last Minute Stuff!!!

Okay, so the move is imminent! As in two or three weeks' time!
Any advice as to stuff I may have forgotten to do/pack/arrange??
I think I'm pretty organized but there is always that one thing that creeps up and knocks you sideways!
Anyone have any experience of things they almost/did forget about? Please share!

Thanks for any input!

(PS I know I've left it too late to open a Stateside bank account through HSBC and that I have to wait until I get over there to do this. I blame their Customer Service Telephone Line!!!! lol)

Have you opened a UK bank account, brokerage account, EGG and/or First Direct Savings Account, unit trust account, maximised this tax year's ISA?

Because once you have left you won't be able to do any of the above...

Take lots of pictures of what seems normal to you now. The street you live in, the local pub etc.

You're a dark choccy biscuit lover too. I can get those in a store near me.....quite expensive though. My daughter usually brings them home from Toronto....much cheaper in Canada.

I used to load in Hudson NH and the guy who owned the company lived 4 doors down from a British store, he once got me 6 packs and gave me his email address so we could let him know what we wanted when I went back next time. ........ That was a year ago and I havn't been there since
