No in the UK the Appeals Court, Canterbury Crown, Manchester Crown/Magistrates never got an interesting trial once I actually fell asleep once or twice:rofl:

I sat on 3 Jury Trials, at Chester Crown Court, when I lived in Chester, between 1994-1996.

I was foreman once, too.

I was called for jury duty when I was 18 - I think people were astonished at my age when I showed up. :)

In the UK it is....as are

Judge
Magistrate
Solicitor
Barrister
Religious minister
MP
Member of the armed forces
Member of the medical profession (including chemist or vet)
Police or probation officer
