call GMTV - they will fly you home, give you a make over (!!) and then make you sit on their sofa and tell them all about your problems.... I have the number and email address of the LA producer if you want to give that ago?!

But to link my unwillingness to take a friend to court to me being a beggar is just stupid.
But i will say it one more time this is not a wind up.
My story has not changed from my first post, and my friend came on to explain the situation, yet people still think its a wind up.
I dont care if they call me or e-mail me they will get the same story
But thank you all the same

I know!!! That is honestly what I would do. GMTV would love a story like this. Not only would you get a free trip home - they would prob let you travel first class and give you 500 quid to spent on a shopping trip in Debenhams (if you dont mind modelling it for them!!) - and as long as you problem to sit on their sofa looking very upset and crying on cue!!

Pack your bag and go and talk to them at the BA check-in desk at your nearest airport. Be polite but firm. They'll put you in an empty seat as long as you don't get weird or aggressive with them.

another thought - have you contacted your local MP back in the UK?? I would do that as well.

then e-mail them about this as i really am at a loss when the department of homeland security tell you to contact the local press you wonder if it is your year

Take the advice you've been given. Go to the airport, present yourself at the BA desk, tell them the tale you've told us (with relevant documentation) and they'll get you on a flight. It may not be the first flight, but they'll get you home.
End of fucking story. Talk about turning a drama into a crisis!

YOU, my darling are a genius!!!
