Default Has anyone had success contacting HHGFAA & resolving disputes with shippers?

Hi everyone,

We moved our household from the UK and used a shipper who has both a UK office and a USA office (allegedly, 2 separate companies?). We have a ton of damages, but the matter is a complicated one and not a straightforward inusrance matter. There are other issues too.

I've been trying to make contact with the HHGFAA, who are supposed to regulate shippers in the USA, but their site contains no contact phone number or address. There is a contact email address but 2 emails to this address have yielded zero response.

Our shipper is a member of the HHGFAA.

Has anyone dealt with this organisation and if so, what kind of response did you get. Were they of any help?

If there is another way to deal with issues, short of employing a lawyer, please advise.

Thank you.
