Shakespeare in Love was excellent though......... where's my $100
The cinematography of Italy was beautiful in Mr Ripley and also starred the brilliant Phillip Seymour Hoffman, and a good plot.

My understanding is that we have way more statutory rights in the UK, in terms of exchanges and refunds, than in the US. Over here, it seems that if they stamp the receipt "final sale" then you can't return it.
I had a customer service agent practically call me a liar since coming here! Needless to say, I used it as ammunition against them & got all my money refunded. I really wanted to say, well maybe if your agent could speak English, you would know what really happened. It was one of the call centres in India, I had to repeat myself at least 3 times with each answer, unbelievable!!!

I thought The Talented Mr Ripley, was the biggest pile of steaming dog sh*t that I'd ever seen.
